The NASA BT3 Bluetooth Navtex S2 is a dual-frequency Navtex receiver that decodes and stores safety and navigational broadcasts for viewing on Android Bluetooth-enabled phones and tablets.

- Internal memory holds over 400 messages; new messages overwrite the oldest
- Bluetooth link to Android devices for message download and local viewing
- Android app enables search, station selection and message-type filtering
- Supplied with E-vector antenna; H-vector antenna available for difficult reception
- Antenna connects via 7 metre (23 ft) cable and can be rail-mounted
