Description

Traditional Scandinavian teak oil that enhances and protects teak and other hardwoods, suitable as a marine teak oil for boats and hardwood furniture. Contains a rust inhibitor to protect metal fixings.

  • Volume: 500ml (16.9 fl oz)
  • Traditional Scandinavian formulation
  • Enhances natural grain and colour of teak and hardwoods
  • Contains rust inhibitor to protect metal fixings
  • Suitable for teak and other hardwoods on boats and furniture
  • Application: brush or wipe-on, allow to penetrate and wipe off excess; allow 6–8 hours to dry to touch and recoat after 24 hours
  • Approximate coverage: 4–6 m² per 500ml (16–24 m² per litre), depending on wood porosity
  • Surface prep: clean, dry and sand smooth; remove old oils, waxes or loose coatings before application
  • Maintenance: periodic maintenance coats every 6–12 months depending on exposure
  • Compatibility: not recommended over non-breathable varnishes — test a small area before use
  • Storage: store frost-free and shake before use
