Description

This 300 Ah 2 V deep-cycle AGM battery is designed for building bespoke 12 V/24 V/48 V banks or as a direct replacement in systems using 300 Ah 2 V AGM cells.

  • AGM batteries: In AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) batteries, all electrolyte is absorbed into a special sponge made of glass fibre.
  • Maintenance free: No need for liquid or electrolyte top-up.
  • Extremely safe: Non-spillable, completely sealed and supplied with protective covering of the terminals.
  • Long service life: Longer-lasting than standard wet-cell batteries due to reduced internal degradation and corrosion.
  • Low self-discharge rate: Less prone to sulphation and holds charge longer than flooded batteries.
  • Highly resilient: Good resistance to shock and vibration; positioning does not always have to be upright.
  • Better recovery from deep discharge: Withstands deep discharges better than flooded batteries.
  • Specifications: Nominal voltage 2 V; nominal capacity 300 Ah (10 hr rate) / 330 Ah (20 hr rate); maximum charging current 60 A; cycle lifetime ~1000 cycles at 30% Depth of Discharge (DOD); internal resistance 0.98 mΩ (0.00098 Ω); safety valve pressure control; terminal type F18/F31 with M10 bolts; operating temperature -10°C to +40°C (14°F to 104°F); dimensions excluding terminals 171 x 151 x 334 mm (6.73 x 5.94 x 13.15 in), including terminals 171 x 151 x 365 mm (6.73 x 5.94 x 14.37 in); weight 16.8 kg (37.0 lb); covered by a 1 year warranty.

For best performance, use a compatible AGM charger and follow the user manual (AGM300 AH-2 V) available to download. Regular checks and correct charging extend service life.
