Description
The Iconica MAX 8000W 48 V hybrid pure sine inverter combines inverter, MPPT solar input and intelligent battery charging in a single portable unit ideal for off‑grid, marine and backup use.
- 8000W 48 V pure sine wave inverter: converts DC to 230 V AC mains; 8,000 W continuous output, strong peak handling up to 16,000 VA for motor starts (220–240 V AC).
- High solar input MPPT controller: two independent solar inputs each accepting up to 4,000 W of panels; MPPT charging at up to 80 A, with full safety protections.
- Enhanced 120 A smart battery charger: unattended multi‑stage charging up to 120 A for fast, safe battery recovery and flexible charging profiles.
- System expansion potential: parallel capability to increase output by connecting additional identical inverters for larger installations.
- Power loads without a battery: unique ability to run AC appliances directly from solar input when PV is available (no battery required).
- Output source & battery charging priority: configurable source priority options (solar, mains/generator, battery) and multiple charging priority modes for tailored system behaviour.
- Advanced user controls and diagnostics: highly customisable settings, illuminated removable LCD screen (status, mode, voltages, frequency, battery, load), programmable RGB light bar and PC monitoring software with connection cable for data logging.
- Reliability & protection: auto‑restart after overload/overheat, generator auto‑start via dry contacts, predictive fan logic for intelligent cooling and multiple safety protections.
- Compatibility & basic specs: suitable for 48 V flooded, sealed GEL/AGM lead‑acid and many lithium chemistries (check battery profile in settings). Nominal battery voltage 48 V; continuous power 8,000 W / 8,000 VA (220–240 V AC).
Please consult the product datasheet for a table of typical appliance power consumption and full technical details prior to installation; ensure battery type and settings are matched to your system.
