Description
Description
Victron ArgoFET 200-2 200A isolator for two batteries, engineered for marine and mobile charging systems. Low forward voltage drop makes this a high-efficiency FET battery isolator for split-charge setups.
- Maximum charge current: 200 A
- Maximum alternator current: 200 A
- Batteries supported: 2
- Connection: M8 bolts for secure, low-resistance connections
- Dimensions: H65 x W120 x D200 mm (H2.6 x W4.7 x D7.9 in)
- Weight: 1.4 kg (3.1 lb)
- Warranty: 5 years
- When using ArgoFET battery isolators there is no need to increase the alternator output voltage; keep cable lengths short and use sufficient cross-section
- For example, 100 A through 50 mm2 (AWG 0) over 10 m (30 ft) results in ≈ 0.26 V voltage drop; 50 A through 10 mm2 (AWG 7) over 5 m (15 ft) results in ≈ 0.35 V
- A special current-limited energise input supplies B+, so some alternators start charging when engine run/stop is closed
The ArgoFET 200-2 provides reliable isolation and lower forward voltage drop compared with diode splitters; its energise input avoids alternator start issues that splitters can cause. See our Battery management collection for related products and accessories.
