Description

The Cerbo GX communication unit lets you monitor and control your Victron system locally or remotely via the Victron Remote Management (VRM) portal, LAN/WiFi, or optional GX Touch displays.

  • Function: the Cerbo GX is a communication centre that puts you in control of inverters/chargers, solar chargers and batteries and allows settings to be changed remotely.
  • Perfect monitoring & control: instantly view battery state-of-charge, power consumption, PV harvest, generator and mains status, tank levels and temperatures; set shore-power current limits and configure automatic generator start/stop conditions.
  • Internet connectivity: connect the Cerbo GX to the internet to send data to the Victron Remote Management (VRM) portal for remote monitoring, firmware updates and diagnostics.
  • Maximise your system performance: the Cerbo GX optimises connected components in real time to improve efficiency and reliability across the whole installation.
  • Expand your view (optional): add a 5" GX Touch 50 or 7" GX Touch 70 display for a local touchscreen interface (displays sold separately).
  • NMEA 2000-out function: shares Victron system data with your vessel’s NMEA 2000 network or multifunction displays (MFDs) for integration with marine sensors and systems.
  • Simple mounting and configuration: designed for installer-friendly mounting and straightforward commissioning to get systems functioning quickly and reliably.
  • Outsmart any power challenge: extends comprehensive control and diagnostics to complex power systems so you can resolve issues and optimise operation remotely.
  • Specifications: supply voltage 8–70 V DC; VE.Direct ports (always isolated): 3; VE.Bus (always isolated): 2 paralleled RJ45 sockets; VE.Can: yes (non-isolated); outer dimensions 78 x 154 x 48 mm (3.07 x 6.06 x 1.89 in); operating temperature range -20 to +50 °C (-4 to +122 °F); covered by a 5 year manufacturer warranty; user manual and datasheet available to download: User manual for Victron Cerbo GX (VE-CERGX); Datasheet for Victron Cerbo GX (VE-CERGX).

Compatibility: works with Victron inverters, chargers, MPPTs and battery monitors; GX Touch displays are optional and not included. Ensure network and internet access for full VRM features.
