The Victron 2000 A SmartShunt is a high‑precision battery monitor for 12 V/24 V/48 V systems with inbuilt Bluetooth for mobile monitoring and configuration.

• Battery voltage: Displayed for the main battery / battery bank, and also for an optional auxiliary battery connected via the secondary input.
• Battery midpoint voltage monitoring: for battery banks constructed of several individual batteries the SmartShunt measures midpoint voltages and displays bank, top‑section and bottom‑section values and will generate an alarm if balance deviates.
• Battery state of charge: indicated as a percentage value from 0–100%; amp hours consumed shown (eg. 12 A drawn for 3 h = 36 Ah) and time‑to‑go estimated based on current draw.
• Battery charging / discharging current and power: the current (A) and power (W) flowing out of the battery (load consumption) are displayed as negative values, while charging values are shown as positive values.
• Battery temperature: can be connected to an optional Victron battery temperature sensor (product code ASS000100000) to monitor cell temperature and help maintain safe operating limits.
